Salary Staff Pay Chart
For salaried staff positions FieldWorks has a transparent pay chart with automatic pay raises for every 26 weeks of service time.
We also have performance based pay classes. Salaried staff will complete an evaluation at the completion of each project, or every 26 weeks for non-project based staff, and their score on the evaluation will be used to determine their pay level and class.
New staff to FieldWorks will start at the A class until their first evaluation.
